Clinical Findings in Children
A multi-center randomized double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial was performed with 69 participants aged 6 to 12 years, whose cycloplegic spherical equivalent refractions (SER) were between −1.5 and −4.5 diopter (D). The participants were randomized to receive either a placebo or crocetin and followed up for 24 weeks. Axial length (AL) elongation and changes in SER were evaluated for 24 weeks.
Results:
The axial length (AL) elongation (which is high in people with myopia) improved by 14.3% in the crocetin-supplemented group.

Choroidal Thickness (which is thin in people with myopia) increased by 470.7% in the crocetin-supplemented group.
Conclusion:

INSTRUCTIONS
Direction of Use:
For children between 1-4 years old take 1 chewable tablet daily. For children above 4 years old take 2 chewable tablets daily. (For children who are unable to chew, tablet can be crushed and mixed into beverage or food)

Store in a cool and dry place. Once protection seal is opened, keep refrigerated (best consume within 2 months). Keep out of reach of children, unless under adult supervision.
